As a Flex Agent at Scholt Energy, you play an important role in the operational success of our flexibility services.

You will set up new Flex projects, monitor the quality of data and processes and ensure that ongoing projects continue to run smoothly. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues within Renewables & Flexibility, customers, technical partners and external parties such as TenneT. With your analytical insight you will spot deviations, perform checks and analyses and contribute to optimal and scalable flex services.

• A completed college or university education, preferably in an analytical, technical or business administration field

• At least two years of relevant work experience

• Affinity with energy data, systems and operational processes

• You work accurately and in a structured way and find it important that processes and data are correct

• Strong analytical skills: you identify deviations, make connections and come up with improvements

• You can work independently, but actively seek cooperation with colleagues and technical partners

• You communicate clearly and substantively, focused on alignment and problem solving
