Group Business Controller

As Group Business Controller, you are the strategic sparring partner of the CFO, management and shareholder (Waterland Private Equity). You are responsible for the financial performance of the group and make an important contribution to the growth strategy. From the head office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, you support an internationally growing organization with sharp financial insights that guide decision making.

You manage the group-wide business control process, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, analysis and KPI monitoring. In addition, you play a key role in due diligence processes for acquisitions and strategic collaborations and assess and model business cases in line with the investment strategy and ESG objectives. You translate consolidated financial results into strategic advice and actively contribute to the optimization of financial processes, systems and reporting structures. Finally, you coach and develop (business) controllers and the ESG Officer.

  • You are an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic and changing environment and easily switches between operations and strategy.

  • You know how to bringstakeholders at different levels along convincingly.

  • A completed WO education in Finance or Business Economics

  • A completed Registered Controller course

  • Seven to ten years of relevant work experience as (Group) Business Controller

  • Experience with due diligence and M&A processes

  • Experience within international organizations and with IFRS

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management
