Infrastructure Specialist (Tertiary Care)

Are you a technical expert who gets energy from complex infrastructure issues? Become our new Infrastructure Specialist!

In this third-line role, you'll dive deep into technology and be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure. Think of servers, networks and Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure, Entra ID, Intune and AVD. You do not carry out standard changes, but are the specialist who prepares, assesses and implements complex changes. With your keen insight and structured approach, you resolve incidents down to the root cause and work on structural improvements. You secure documentation, scripts and technical standards, and work closely with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee stability and continuity.

You are an experienced IT professional with at least five years of experience in infrastructure or technical management and a college education (or equivalent). You have in-depth knowledge of modern Microsoft environments and automation, and are skilled in preparing and mastering technical changes. With a proactive, analytical attitude and strong communication skills, you work effectively with various stakeholders and deliver results-oriented solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience and college level in IT or similar

• In-depth knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AVD, Windows Server and Defender, among others

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash), automation and change management

• Familiar with ISO 27001, ITSM tools (such as Topdesk) and relevant certifications (e.g. MSCA/Azure)
