As an EBASE Application Analyst, you know that a good application must do more than simply function technically. Processes must be sound, users must be able to get things done with it, and changes must be logically structured.
With your knowledge of EBASE, you’ll ensure that our application remains stable whilst continuously improving. You’ll analyse incidents, contribute ideas for improvements and translate the organisation’s needs into solutions that work in practice.
In doing so, you won’t just focus on functionality. UI flows, logic and screen design also play a key role. In this way, you’ll make EBASE not only smarter, but also more pleasant to work with.
Whether it’s an incident, a change request or a process that could be improved, you’ll first identify what the real issue is.
You investigate the root cause, assess the impact and dependencies, and discuss with end-users, partners and internal stakeholders what is required. You then translate this into a concrete solution within EBASE.
In doing so, you combine business analysis and application management. You contribute ideas on processes, advise stakeholders, develop changes and ensure clear documentation and thorough testing before a solution is implemented.
For this role, we are deliberately looking for someone who already has a good understanding of EBASE. This will enable you to contribute substantively from the outset to how we can further develop the application within Scholt.
Do you notice that a process is unnecessarily complex? Could a screen be laid out more logically? Or do you discover that recurring incidents are actually caused by a structural problem? You’ll be given the freedom to address these issues.
In other words, you look beyond the immediate issue at hand. With your knowledge and ideas, you’ll help us further professionalise our EBASE landscape and ensure the application continues to align with an organisation that’s constantly evolving.
You know EBASE well and find it interesting to bring technology, processes and users together. You’re analytical, but can just as easily sit down with an end user to understand the issues they’re facing.
