As a Quantitative Analyst - Optimization & Analytics, you will build the models that improve our trading strategy. In this role, you will develop advanced optimization models that provide a crucial link between forecasting, trading and operational control. You will work in an innovative environment where technology, energy and mathematics come together and your models generate real value across multiple countries.

We are looking for a driven professional with a strong quantitative background who gets energy from building and improving smart models. You combine analytical thinking with practical implementation skills and enjoy working with different teams to make an impact. With your experience in Python and modeling, you translate data and market developments into concrete improvements, while continuing to learn and optimize.

  • You have a Master's degree in Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics ( or similar) and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a quantitative role. Experience with Python, statistics and optimization models.

  • Experience monitoring, validating and adjusting models based on real-time and historical data

  • Ability to independently bring models into production as well as maintain them in collaboration with IT

  • Interest in energy markets and willingness to actively follow market developments and translate them into optimization opportunities
