In this position you play a key role in optimizing and further professionalizing our business applications - especially our CRM system. You ensure that applications and processes function optimally and are continuously improved. You are the first point of contact for questions, incidents and change requests and effortlessly switch between operational support, structural improvements and project-based work.

Thanks to your analytical skills, you quickly get to the heart of a problem and translate business needs into concrete, scalable solutions. You work in a dynamic scrum team where innovation and professionalization are key, and you also coach junior analysts in their development. In this way you contribute directly to the stability, quality and future-proofing of our application landscape. You are an experienced application or business analyst (or Dynamics Consultant) with at least five years of relevant work experience and knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. You combine an analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues. You have experience analyzing incidents and changes, supervising test processes and ensuring continuity, and function flexibly in a dynamic work environment.

  • At least 5 years of experience as an application analyst, business analyst or Dynamics Consultant

  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce

  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented, including incident analysis and problem solving, fluent in both Dutch and English.

  • Experience with test processes, stakeholder management and coaching of juniors
