As Product Management Officer, you will become the expert behind our contract and template structure.
As Product Management Officer, you will be responsible for the contract and template management of our entire international product range. You'll support the Product Management team in both improvement projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring that our processes are smarter, more consistent and more efficient.
In cooperation with our legal teams you create uniform, legally correct contracts that are fully in line with the product descriptions and suitable for automated generation. You will contribute directly to a scalable, professional and international service for all our internal and external stakeholders. You will also actively participate in departmental development, optimize document structures and ensure clear and consistent recording of product information in our systems.
This role requires a professional with hbo work and thinking level and at least two years of experience in a legal or analytical environment. You have an affinity for contract and document management and work accurately and in a structured manner to create consistent and user-friendly documentation. With strong communication skills, you effectively coordinate with various stakeholders while bringing legal acumen and risk awareness.
