As a Recruiter at Scholt Energy, you play a crucial role in the growth of our organisation. You are the driving force behind our recruitment and selection processes and know exactly what it takes to find talent that not only has the right skills, but also fits seamlessly into our corporate culture.

You work closely with the team and various departments within Scholt Energy. Your mission: connecting the right candidates with the right role. With your commitment and expertise, you will contribute to the growth and success of Scholt Energy! This role requires a college-educated recruiter with at least three years of experience, who is comfortable within IT environments and can interact well with colleagues and stakeholders. You are proactive, results-oriented and accurate, with strong organizational and communication skills. In addition, you continuously stay abreast of developments within recruitment and ensure a good balance between working independently and collaboratively.

Minimum HBO level and 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably within IT

Accurate administration in systems such as Personio and able to work well independently as well as collaborate with our team of recruiters
