As Team Lead Renewables, you will be the driving force behind the development, optimization and management of our sustainability certifications. You will set the operational direction and play a key role in achieving our goal of further expanding our green energy portfolio.

Our customers are taking big steps towards net-zero and count on us as a partner to make those ambitions a reality. With a strong sourcing strategy and continuous retrieval and analysis of market developments, you'll help them meet CSRD requirements, carbon reduction targets and their broader sustainability strategy.

You will lead a team of 6 driven specialists. Together you continuously improve our purchasing and sales strategy, optimize the greening portfolio and negotiate with market participants to realize the best value for our customers. As a coach and sparring partner, you encourage your team members to grow, develop further and get the best out of their expertise.

  • A completed Master's degree and at least five years of relevant work experience within a similar position within the energy market, portfolio management or sustainabillity.

  • Leadership experience: you know how to motivate, give direction and develop teams.

  • Experience in coordinating daily operational processes.

  • Analytical ability and a structured, solution-oriented work attitude and experience with the trading of sustainability certificates (such as GvOs) is a plus.
