As a Technical Support Agent (2nd line) - Systems & Security you are the technical hub within IT Operations at Scholt Energy. Where the ServiceDesk (1st line) stops, you pick up the pace. You analyze complex IT and security incidents, implement standard changes and provide structural solutions that contribute to a stable, secure and future-proof IT environment.
You work daily to improve the availability, stability and security of our systems. In addition, you perform fixed checks on critical environments and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. You work closely with the ServiceDesk, the SOC, 3rd-line specialists and suppliers and act as a connecting link between operations and security. By documenting knowledge and standardizing processes, you actively contribute to increasing security maturity and the further professionalization of IT Operations. You are an IT professional with a completed college education and at least three years of experience in technical management or IT operations. You have broad knowledge of Microsoft environments and IT security, and have experience with ITSM processes, incident handling and implementing technical changes. With an analytical and structured approach, you resolve complex incidents, work accurately on documentation and improvements, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, vendors and specialists.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical management/IT operations and college level

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, Windows Server and networking, among others

Experience with ITSM (TOPdesk), ITIL, security, incident response and patch management

Analytical, structured and communicatively strong, with experience in 2nd-line incidents and collaboration with external parties
