As the organization's first point of contact, the Customer Service Agent is of great importance to our customers. You talk to customers, deal with incoming questions and look for clear answers. As a Customer Service Agent, you have a good knowledge of the energy market and our organization. The Customer Service Agent is the first point of contact for customers. He/she ensures that operational customer contact is carried out correctly and promptly with the aim of optimizing the customer experience. Customer contact means, on the one hand, receiving questions and answering them appropriately (reactive) and, on the other hand, contacting customers themselves from supporting activities and processes to relieve them (proactive), possibly with the help of input from other departments and external parties. In addition, the Customer Service Agent pursues further supporting work and processes that lead to an improvement in the customer experience.
You have completed commercial training or a degree, ideally related to dialog marketing or retail, and have some experience in customer service. With your strong customer focus, meticulous way of working and sense of responsibility, you create positive customer experiences. You work independently, in a structured manner and find the right solution - even in challenging situations.
