Quantitative Analyst – Short Term Trading

As a Quantitative Analyst - Short Term Trading, you will be the architect behind the algorithms that take our international trading results to the next level. In this role, you bring strategy, data and technology together to create mathematical models that play a direct role in our automated trading platforms. You will decode complex market movements, translate them into smart and scalable algorithms, ensuring razor-sharp decisions, efficient control and maximum performance. You work in an environment where innovation is not an afterthought, but the standard - and where your ideas don't disappear into a drawer, but make a difference every day.

We are looking for a driven professional with a strong quantitative background who gets energy from building and improving smart models. You combine analytical thinking with practical implementation skills and enjoy working with different teams to make an impact. With your experience in Python and modeling, you translate data and market developments into concrete improvements, while continuing to learn and optimize.

  • You have a master's degree in Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics (or similar) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including Python and quantitative modeling

  • You are analytically strong, work accurately and have experience with monitoring and validating models based on historical and real-time data

  • You are proactive, enjoy working with teams such as IT and Analytics, and translate market insights into smarter models and strategies
