As Senior HR Business Partner you act as a sparring partner for managers and the organization. You are responsible for the project management of various HR-related projects and take a leading role in this.
You analyze the market, perform benchmarks and identify internal and external HR trends. You translate these insights into concrete advice for the HR Director. Thanks to your keen eye and environmental awareness, you actively contribute to shaping future-proof HR policy. You also develop and implement HR strategies that contribute directly to the business strategy. You think along at tactical and strategic level, lead projects from beginning to end and know when to hand over projects to colleagues to achieve the best result together.
You are an experienced HR professional with at least five years of relevant work experience, who excels in organizational development and tackling complex HR issues. You have proven to successfully lead large-scale projects, have strong communication skills and effortlessly interact with stakeholders up to board level. With an analytical and organization-sensitive view, you translate data and signals into concrete advice, always acting discreetly and confidentially.
