You will lead a team of driven data professionals, including Data Engineers, Data Analysts and a Data Platform Product Owner. Together, you'll transform data into valuable insights that contribute directly to Scholt Energy's success. You'll work in a dynamic, innovative environment where your leadership and technical vision make the difference.   • Graduate degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Computer Engineering. In addition, you have at least three years of leadership experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of data architectures, big data technology(Spark, Kafka) and Azure cloud, plus experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse and technical roadmaps.

  • Ability to build strong, well-balanced teams and motivate people in an inspiring way.

  • Experience in leading and coordinating daily activities at a high level, combined with a solid role as a sparring partner
