Graduate degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Computer Engineering. In addition, you have at least three years of leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of data architectures, big data technology(Spark, Kafka) and Azure cloud, plus experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse and technical roadmaps.
Ability to build strong, well-balanced teams and motivate people in an inspiring way.
Experience in leading and coordinating daily activities at a high level, combined with a solid role as a sparring partner
