As Sales Process Optimization Specialist, you will help build a robust process foundation for our sales organization. You will analyze existing ways of working, identify bottlenecks and set up improvement projects that strengthen both efficiency and quality. Thanks to your experience with improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen or others), you know how to implement change sustainably - not only on paper, but also in practice.
You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Operations and IT to streamline processes, optimize tools and bring structure where it is needed most. This is how you help us as an organization to work even faster, smarter and more customer-focused.
