Your Journey to Joining Scholt

1. Apply

You can apply directly via our website for the position that interests you. Through our application form, we will ask you a few questions and you can upload your CV and motivation letter.

2. Selection

Our recruiter reviews your application and selects the most suitable candidates. You will be notified whether you are invited for a personal interview.

3. Introduction

You will be welcomed at our office by the recruiter for an initial meeting. You will receive more information about our organization and the role, and you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself.

4. Deep dive

If the recruiter sees a potential match, a second interview will be scheduled with the manager of the relevant department. During this meeting, the role and your qualifications will be discussed in more detail.

5. Offer

If both the recruiter and the team leader are convinced, you will receive an offer from our organization. This offer includes a detailed overview of the salary and employment conditions.

6. Hired!

You’re hired! On your agreed start date, you will begin with an introduction week. Each department will present its responsibilities and tasks, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the entire organization.
