How we work
You’ll receive a competitive salary that is reviewed and adjusted annually. In our sales roles, you’ll also benefit from a transparent bonus system based on clear targets and team performance.
You combine office and remote work in a way that suits you best. You can start your workday flexibly between 7:00 and 9:00.
You’ll spend three days per week in the office and two working from home, giving you the balance you need to stay productive, focused, and aligned with your personal life.
Among a variety of opportunities, you gain access to our training platform, ‘Schoolt’, mentoring and clearly defined job levels. You decide how you want to grow — in depth, breadth or leadership.
Additional benefits include a company pension plan and support for your home office.
