Salary

You’ll receive a competitive salary that is reviewed and adjusted annually. In our sales roles, you’ll also benefit from a transparent bonus system based on clear targets and team performance.

Flexibility

You combine office and remote work in a way that suits you best. You can start your workday flexibly between 7:00 and 9:00.

You’ll spend three days per week in the office and two working from home, giving you the balance you need to stay productive, focused, and aligned with your personal life.

Development

Among a variety of opportunities, you gain access to our training platform, ‘Schoolt’, mentoring and clearly defined job levels. You decide how you want to grow — in depth, breadth or leadership.

Secondary conditions

Additional benefits include a company pension plan and support for your home office.

You’ll receive a monthly home office allowance, as well as a one-time net payment of €250 for your setup.

Workplace

You receive the devices, digital tools and workplace facilities needed to perform at your best, whether on-site or remote.

Your mobility is taken care of: In Sales, you’ll receive a company car including a fuel card, which you can also use privately.

For office-based employees, we support your commute through a travel allowance.

In addition, you have the option to lease a bike via JobRad through Scholt Energy.

Do you offer hybrid working? Yes. Most roles include flexible working options, depending on the nature of the function. Example: internal jobs allow you to work from home 2 days a week.

Is there a bonus scheme?

Yes, our sales roles include performance-based bonuses aligned with clear targets. This bonus has a maximum of € 45.000 annually.

Yes. Through internal training, external courses and structured career paths such as our internal 'Schoolt' network.
