How we support your journey

 

Development conversations

We focus on recognizing your strengths and supporting the development of your talents throughout the year. Together with your team lead, you decide how often you would like to discuss your progress and development. At a minimum, these conversations take place twice a year during the mid-year and end-of-year evaluations.

These development conversations are an opportunity to reflect on your achievements, discuss your ambitions, and identify areas where you would like to grow. Together, you and your lead explore the steps, support, and opportunities that can help you move forward in your role and within your domain.

To help guide these conversations, we use a Growth Roadmap with supporting questions. These questions help you and your lead structure the discussion, reflect on your development, and identify the next steps that align with your goals.

Educational leave

We actively support continuous learning. Employees have the opportunity to use educational leave to deepen their knowledge, develop new skills, or gain fresh perspectives that support their professional growth. This can include courses on topics such as project management, communication and presentation skills, data analysis, or sustainability and energy market developments.

Training opportunities

In addition, we offer a range of training opportunities designed to strengthen both professional expertise and personal development. For example, employees can take part in DISC assessments to better understand their own communication and working styles and improve collaboration within teams. Our leaders also regularly participate in dedicated leadership trainings to further develop their management and coaching skills. 

Schoolt

We see learning as part of how we grow as individuals and as a company. That’s why we created Schoolt, our internal learning platform designed to make knowledge accessible, practical, and easy to integrate into everyday work.

Schoolt offers a central place where colleagues can explore training sessions, discover new courses, and continue developing their skills. Whether you want to deepen your understanding of the energy market, strengthen professional skills, or learn something completely new, Schoolt provides the tools and resources to support your development.
